Excellent customer service!!! The storage facility is super clean and very well maintained. My wife rented a space for us so we could stage our home for sale- best decision she has ever made (besides marrying me of course!). Chad the manager was very courteous and professional. He made sure to cover everything from insurance, moving supplies, and he even included a free use of their box truck which saved us a lot of money!! Thank you for everything!- we will definitely recommend to all of our family and friends!!

Nice and friendly people that work hard fore you and your family. Well-kept property all the units are in well working condition. The property is well maintained and always clean. They also are quick in responding to your request trying their best to accommodate you. In all expects. They even have a moving van to lease to you right there on the spot you do not have to go anywhere else. Please come by and see what I'm talking about.

Had heard good things about this storage facility so being in transition from one house to the next we decided to go for it and booked a unit. When I arrived (do the paper work online ahead of time) Chad was more than helpful and courteous. He made sure to cover every detail in regards to my account at a steady pace so as not to miss anything but also to get me out of there. I ended up renting their truck and the communication between both Hendersonville locations was excellent. No snags, no hassle. Very pleased with our decision in using Life Storage thus far. Thanks Chad!

I absolutely love this place!! I have had many storage units over the years here and will never go anywhere else!! The units and grounds are always kept clean...I have never seen not even 1 piece of trash anywhere on the premises! The customer service is absolutely wonderful and great to interact with and always willing to help in any way possible!! Also even if office is closed and you need to go to your unit they make sure you feel safe at all times!!! A real 5 star place!!!!!!!!!!!!!

This Storage in Hendersonville is Excellent. Best prices for sizes of units.The staff are very professional. The property is clean.Has 24 hour protection with cameras.Can store your vehicles in with storage. Great hours.Great location.
