I LOVE IT HERE. I COULDN'T HAVE PICKED A BETTER LOCATION. ITS A GREAT PLACE TO RENT A STORAGE SPACE. GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE. EVERYONE IS ALWAYS SO FRIENDLY AND NICE. THE PROPERTY MANAGER MS WENDY SHE IS JUST SO AWESOME.

I went in to the Madison , tn location on Friday to make a payment . I realized someone new was working that I haven’t seen before and thought great , this is going to take awhile , but no , Ms. Himes did an amazing job ! Not only did she help me do what i needed - she did it quickly , and was able to hold a conversation with me while doing so , she actually cared about how my day was going . She was pretty busy and still I sat there and watched her take care of every single person in front of me with a breeze and it was refreshing to chat with someone that loves her job . Personally I hate paying bills , who likes that ? ! But she made it so easy and I haven’t walked out of anywhere after paying a bill with a smile on my face until then ! This woman knows what she’s doing !

Can honestly say I never thought getting a storage unit would be as fun as it was for me and my boyfriend the staff is very funny and energetic yet also made sure we got exactly what we were looking all for a fair price. (Thanks Brittany and Windy!) look forward to continuing business with you two

Michelle and Windy were super helpful yesterday when my brother and I stopped by to get some prices. When the time comes I will be renting from these ladies no doubt. Highly recommend this place if you are looking for a great place to store your belongings.
