Absolutely wonderful experience from the time you arrive. Gorgeous views, relaxing sound of the waves. Mary, was our "chaperone" for our whale watching excursion,  she was absolutely lovely! Mary pointed out lots of interesting places and facts on the route to our port. We were with a group and she made sure we were all accounted for, we were definitely in great hands! Mary you are a delight! We definitely plan to return.

ABSOLUTELY 100% AMAZING! THE EMPLOYEES ARE BEYOND GREAT MY FRONT DESK EXPERIENCE WITH "CARLY" WAS WONDERFUL, SHE'S FRIENDLY, HAS A WONDERFUL SMILE AND VERY KNOWLEDGEABLE ABOUT THE PROPERTY AND ITS SURROUNDINGS. ALSO THE BELLMAN WHO HELPED ME WITH MY LUGGAGE AND SUCH, BRYAN, WAS EQUALLY AS WONDERFUL ALL AROUND GOOD EXPERIENCE, GOOD FOOD, NICE PLACE TO HANG YOUR HAT AND A ABSOLUTELY BREATHTAKING VIEW! There is not a placed on the southern California coast that is better so if you're coming this way definitely check it out.

I stopped in here for some dinner with the family. It's a little bit difficult getting to the resort but if you're there it's a nice place. On a clear day you can see great ocean views all the way to Catalina Island. The service at the restaurants is nice and attentive, the cost is commensurate.

Pretty views. I came for a social event and everything went smoothly. Technically, the hiking trails near the resort itself, but everything was fine either way. Could not reccomend enough. Good company, good trails, all around a good experience. Would definitely go if you're on the edge.

I was simply visiting the grounds of the resort. Beautiful views of the ocean. Even saw a whale spouting out in the distance. The walking trails offer spectacular views, and the little sea cave by the beach is a fun place to explore with older kids. The vegetation is rather dry and even sparse in some areas due to the drought. That is too bad, but it is still a wonderful place to take a nice little hike.
