I rate my experience as poor. I went to Dr. Ng to have two thorns removed. One he got the second one he left by mistake. My return visit(s) (two more) I stated that the second thorn was still there. He pressed on the area and I flinched with a ouch! His response was in an agitated tone stating that I must understand that it was so close to my nerve that is why it still hurts. NO! it hurts because it is still in there, and my nerve is alerting the fact. I know what a thorn or a splinter, or glass etc. feels like in my foot. It's almost a year now and the thorn has now gotten worse due to callus build up so I am now going to find another podiatrist who hears the patients and resolves the issue.
