I've been using this station to do my oil change for about 4 years now. Even when I moved all the way across town, I drove all the way back so that I could get things done right. They do a great job every time and make REAL suggestions as to what I may or may not need to do on my car. They have never came off as sheisty and trying to suggest BS just to get me to pay more $.They also give you a FREE, FULL SERVICE car wash voucher when you get an oil change there. Albeit, you have to get the FULL SERVICE wash at another location (but not far away) The only downside I can say is that on a couple of occasions I felt like I was being ignored. Once, AFTER my car was done getting a oil change, I ended up waiting longer for someone to cash me out than I had to wait for the actual oil change itself. On another occasion, I was getting my car smogged and the man who did it didn't bother to come up to me and say anything, I had to walk over and ASK him what's going on.

I'm tired of this place...always some upsell and hit n miss on customer service. Apparently I can't drive 3k miles without needing an air filter, rear differential change, transmission fluid, fuel injector cleaning, and my floor mats rotated. Today some clown with a mohawk whistled at me like I was his golden retriever and pointed to the lane next to signal me to move there like I'm retarded...rather than taking two steps outside to ask me to move into the next lane, like a normal human being who didn't do 4 years in the joint would do. Anyway...I'm done with these clowns.
