I've noticed a propensity for people in this town to ask stupid & redundant questions. No I don't need your assistance to get Chili & Cheese on my nachos, I can operate the d*mn machine myself. And yes...Ding Ding Ding....you guessed it, I am getting a particular color lighter. Worry about yourself!!!

I go through Searchlight a lot and I always stop at this gas station. These two stops were the worst.. I just wanted to tell you that your employee, the gas station cashier on June 4th and 5th 2016, during the evening both nights (same girl) was so rude to me and then my boyfriend said the same thing because I was in the restroom when he went to the register and payed. He said he also watched her be rude to a couple that had broke down and told her that they would be back for their car tomorrow because their ride was there. Both nights when I went in I used my EBT card and the girl rolled her eyes both times I handed it to her and let her know that she needed to be careful because it was starting to crack. She has no customer service skills and I don't think she should be working at a 24 hour gas station when you have to deal with customers on a daily basis. The second night, there was a line of 5 people behind me (I was first in line) and she ignored us all, then took her time doing what looked like filing papers. I'm sure she could have done that towards the end of her night. I don't usually write reviews but this girl was beyond rude!

On July 16th, my husband and I were lost, trying to find the directions to the Skywalk at the Grand Canyon. The day before the car rental people had sent us 200+ miles one-way in the wrong direction from Laughlin. So the next day, we attempted on our own to find it. After driving on US 95 we came to Searchlight and thought maybe someone knew where it was. We went into McDonalds and I ask Amber the Mgr of Terrible that day if she could help. She had us go grab some food and she would see what she could do. Let me tell you, she came to us with wriitten directions from the gas station right to the Skywalk. She was polite, courteous and treated us in the manner that everyone should be treated. She was so helpful she deserve recognition for the good job she does. Please someone Thank her for us. By the way, it was only 120 miles back to Laughlin. If only we would have ran into Amber the day before. It would have saved us a lot of arguing and miles. Again, Please tell her Thanks and we really appreciate it. Donna and Dan Wells from Wisconsin
