From the time the phone was first answered until the courteous knowledgeable gentleman left  with my problem completely fixed (and then some), Terry's plumbing was a joy to work with.  They were at my home within 3 hours of my first call and every step of the way things were explained to me and I was given options on what needed to be done and what things were optional at this time.  I felt like the price was reasonable and best of all I didn't feel like I was at all patronized or talked down to because I am a woman.  I would recommend Terry's Plumbing any time!

Terry is amazing!!!!!!!  He fixed my plumbing and saved me over $2500.00.  Thank you so much for your honesty.  He is the only plumber I will ever use.  I will recommend to everyone. He is dependable, honest, and reasonably priced. What a pleasure to work with someone like him.

A few weeks ago my 3 year old decided he'd throw river rock down our vent pipe into our sewer drain. Before we noticed he'd filled the ten foot deep pipe with 5 feet of rock. We called another company ("the best in the business") and were pressured into starting work the next day for $4500, which didn't even include the price of replacing sidewalks and landscaping that would be destroyed in the process. They also suggested we might line the drain for another $10,000. Not wanting to have raw sewage back up in our basement we panicked and scheduled the work for the next day. 

That night we called Terry, got a return call from a plumber and then from Terry himself within 10 minutes. He told us to cancel the other plumber and that he'd come by himself the next morning. He did, talked us through our options, gave us a quote at $2200 and then offered to save us money if I was willing to do labor. He told me I could even borrow tools from his shop and that he'd coach me through doing it myself if that were possible. Finally he suggested we call a septic service to see if they could suck out the rocks one by one so we didn't have to dig anything up. 

The septic service was able to do the work for $280! Terry came back himself and put a camera down the line to make sure everything was clear. He then told me how to replace the vent cap myself, which I did with some elbow grease and $25 worth of parts. 

Long story short, Terry referred someone else to do our work (costing his company $2200) just to save us money and aggravation. He came out to our house for free twice, offered his services for free, and actually refused payment when I offered it for sending the camera down the line. I will never call another company again. TERRY IS THE ABSOLUTE BEST.
