I had one heck of a problem, my gosh. My toilet and hot water heater were both on the fritz. Mark was kind and fare and was there the next morning with prompt and courteous service. I used to use a guy called Carl Cordero, but I had heard he was a drug addict, (This is the truth) because I called him 3 separate times and he said he would come and never showed. Mark was the best though, can't say enough about how fast and professional both himself and his employees are. Thank you so much for your help Sir!

He is definitely a professional that knows his craft.  He is a certified plumber and he really cares about each od us that he services.
