Upon walking in the look of the place is beautiful with all the Christmas decorations and a wonderful artistic Terzo sign. Then delicious baked goods look even more delightful. Like most bakery shops, there's an array of colors and textures. My mouth watered just looking at the fruit and chocolaty delights. I dared ask prices and to my surprise very accessible. Other shops on Third Ave. are more expensive, not this one. I thought I'd come in get a warm cup of coffee and a croissant to enjoy on a rainy day, and I quickly knew this was going to be the place. The holiday atmosphere is the best. This is no Hans & Harry thats for sure because it’s better! Better pastries and most important FRESH strudels! Their almond croissants are the best in the city! Go and try them yourself!

Sadly no gluten free options when I was there because I was too late for the creme brulee. The coffee was amazing and the service was as well. I was greeted and while she was away making coffee she still acknowledged everyone. Great selection of pastries and the lemon bar my mom got was amazing. I had the horchata latte and it was good. Jealous my mom lives so close because I'd go everyday. Great seating inside and out  Parking: Was very easy but I also went on a weekday

Oh my.... I found a delightful coffee and treats place in the 3rd Avenue Chua Vista district. Now, I'm super happy. They make it little more affordable with a lot of arrays of treats to mumch, gobble or devour.  Love wedding  cookies and array of different baked goods! Delish:  Repeat, repeat, REPEAT customer!!

I ordered a red velvet and cream cheese cake for my birthday and it was literally a 10/10. The presentation was phenomenal. Who made this cake? This is literally the best cake I have ever had in my entire life! I order a cake every year for my birthday, but this cake tasted like the Lord himself made it! Also, I love their Horchata Latte and mini Tres Leches cakes. The guava, raspberry, and mango cheesecake’s are also a personal favorite. Actually, everything here is delicious! You literally won’t be disappointed!

I came here to buy cookies for Hilltop staff. All the pastries looked so yummy! The cookies are good and the cake was moist. We will definitely come back to try the other pastries and add to this review.

NEVER DELIVERED PASTRIES FOR OUR WEDDING. I would never recommend this place. I would recommend you not trust them if you’re ordering for a wedding or other event. We ordered hundreds of dollars of pastries for our wedding and paid in advance and even paid extra to have them delivered. My father in law went in person the day before the wedding to confirm the details and confirmed the delivery address. The wedding came and the desserts were never delivered. They made no attempt to contact us to let us know they wouldn’t be delivering the desserts. We went in the next morning to speak to the owner who gave us a constantly changing story. First they said they lost the paper with all our info on it, but then they somehow found it on the floor right before we came in to ask about the missing desserts. Then the owner said that no one remembered taking the order so they couldn’t contact us. Don’t make my mistake, if you read reviews on yelp and google they have consistent problems fulfilling large orders.

Fantastic coffee options and fresh baked pastries. I had the horchata latte and pain au chocolat, both were phenomenal. I love their outdoor seating as well. I do wish they offered more outdoor seating near the tree as there is more shade there but overall would highly recommend.Food: 5/5

I'm originally from Spain and we lived in Italy for 4 years, so we missed that kind of café environment where you can sit down and enjoy life at a slow pace for a few minutes. This place is it! Excellent food and atmosphere. You must try their pastries..so good!Food: 5/5

The coffee here is amazing! I visited Terzo during the weekend. The staff was busy making coffees and pastries. One of the baristas made sure we were recognized and said they will help us as soon as possible. It’s worth it!Recommended dishesCroissant
