Great customer service! 
Craig's Superior Appliance installed a new furnace, AC and humidifier for me; they answered all my questions and gave me recommendations. After installation, Brian followed up with me to make sure I was completely satisfied and happy with the product and service. Everyone was very professional and helpful. I love working with local businesses in my community who truly care about the customer and do a great job. I would recommend Craig's Superior Appliance to any of my friends and family. They did an amazing job! Thank you so much for your great service!

Great service! Got two other quotes and these guys were the cheapest with the best brand. I called and they were able to come out, give us a quote, and have a new furnace installed 2 days later. Also love the family owned feel and father and son working together. I think it’s important for society to have fathers and sons spending time together.

Bryan and his crew did a great job in troubleshooting, explaining the repairs and options, and allowing me to make a decision. I wasn’t pressured to make a quick decision. Bryan answered all my questions and clearly explained options and costs. The day of the install they arrived on time, were courteous and professional and made sure to clean up. After the installation, he took the time to explain the new system and answer questions. Highly recommend.

I've had Craig's Superior Appliance work on several different pieces of equipment at my home over the last several years. They always do a great job and I couldn't be happier. Their technicians are friendly, polite and do a great job. Would highly recommend to others!

Our AC stopped working. I started calling around and the earliest appointment I could get was 5 days out! I called Craig's and they had someone come out that same day!! The technician was able to diagnose the problem quickly. Our system was almost 20 years old and needed to be replaced. They were able to replace it the next day. The installers were courteous and got the job done quickly. I trust this company and would highly recommend them.
