Have been using this pharmacy for about 3 months and found the staff to be very pleasant. They don't do great with communication with Dr's offices electronically, so I've found it best to have my prescription with me, and sit and wait for it (surprised at how quick they are) or come back through the drive through. So far, I really like the pharmacy.

They are incredible!  Teton Pharmacy is wonderful to bubble pack EVERYTHING for my mom. The staff in Rigby are prompt, efficient, and great to work with. I’d love to give them 10 stars!

Easily the best pharmacy in the East Idaho area that I have ever used! I’m always greeted with a smile, a friendly coversation and my questions are answered in a timely manner! They even help out in the local community! Thank you Teton Pharmacy for being so awesome!

This review is for the pharmacy on 17th street since the changes were made. Staff is rude and unfriendly. They are not helpful but in fact act as if you are wasting their time. You call in your prescription and go to get it the next day and they can't find it and act like it's your fault. Half the time they don't offer to let you speak to the pharmacist. Very negative atmosphere since the staff changes and losng the face to face pharmacist. Considering changing pharmacies which is sad because I used to love their service. Get rid of current staff except the gentleman and it would be 100% improvement.
