My experience with this place has been horrible. the one star is being generous.  We bought our vehicle back in July from the Midland Lot and took home a dirty car with a broken ac panel. We were told that because the ac panel clips were broken that the ac panel would be ordered and replaced for free.  I also have the We Owe From where the company shows that's what was owed after we signed paperwork for the car along with a detail because the car was dirty when we took it home.  I called about 1 week after getting the car and was told the wrong part had been ordered so they were going to send that part back and order the correct one.  I called again a couple of weeks later and they said it was just taking time to get the part in but once it was in I could take my vehicle up there to get in replaced. I never heard back so I called my sales man again a week later and was told that he had an accident and that I needed to call the Odessa Lot to see what was going on with the part because he was not going to back to work for a while.  When I called the Odessa lot I kept getting told that they did not know what was going on with the part but they would look in to it so they would take my number and "call me back" when they knew what was going on.  I never heard back so I called the Lubbock Lot to see what I could do to get the part that was owed to me, and I got a call from the General Manager of the Odessa Lot, his name was Tim I believe, and he apologized said he would take care of it and would let me know how long and when they part could be there so I Thanked him and let him take care of things. A week and a half went by and I called to talk to him and left a message so he could call me back and he never did.  I was able to finally speak to someone about the whole ordeal in November, 4 months after getting the car, and they told me that my salesman never took care of it and that because the "WE OWE" form they provided me with was only Valid for 30 days that they could not help me.  They do not know what Good Customer Service is.  Ive worked in the customer service industry and I honestly do not know how this place is still in business. On top of all that I was told because I bought they car there that I would get "free" oil changes for life as long as I owed the car but they do not know what "free" is.  They will only cover $40  of the oil change the customer is to pay the rest.  I will never go back to this company to by a car again.   To think that we have bought the last 3 cars from there and the recent experience We had there completely changed our minds about this company and its employees.

My Salesman Victor was very professional, I enjoyed doing business with him. If it would’ve been any other salesman I would’ve walked away from the purchase. I’ll definitely buy again from him. I’m giving 5 stars only for Victor.

Bought a vehicle from them and they went above and beyond to make sure I was pleased. As soon as the paper was signed it all fell apart. They changed the conditions of the contract AFTER it was signed. Also promised to repair something on the vehicle that was ON the contract. They NEVER sent me money or offered to repair the vehicle. NEVER AGAIN WILL I BUY HERE.

DONT EVEN BOTHER COMING HERE!!! The costumer service is ridiculous. I bought a car here a month ago and I’ve been having issues with it. Took it to service so they can look at it they sent it to dodge and YET it’s been 2weeks and I’ve heard NOTHING from them and every time I call up there NOONE is there. I will never buy another vehicle here again and I’ll make sure to let other people know as well!!!! Go somewhere else and save you the trouble.
