Comfortable place. Free drinks, popcorn and tablets for children to use. Same prices you would get at any automotive place but at a dealer. Spacious, plenty of seating and a great view of the shop so you can see your car. Overall, very nice.

Not the best customer service. Salesman was pushy, rude and would ask straight forward questions and ask for a straight forward answer. We would get well I don't know or nothing at all. We were being lied too! Quality of the used vehicles could be in better shape.

I had to take my 2013 Frontier Pro4X to the service department 7 times to get warranty work done. The factory CD player stopped ejecting CDs. They repeatedly damaged the surrounding dashboard trim and the service manager, Ben, stated that they couldn't guarantee not to do damage when working on vehicles. In addition to this problem, they installed several faulty replacement units. The volume control went from silent to really loud in only a few clicks. Although it was blatantly obvious that there was a problem, I had to argue my point and even get the main manager involved. Each time when Ben called and told me that my vehicle was ready, I would drive the 13 miles from my home in Canyon to pick it up only to discover that nothing had been fixed. I finally got the issue resolved but there was never one apology, follow up call or any real concern from either manager that I dealt with. If and when I buy another Nissan, I will go to Albuquerque or Oklahoma City. This dealership is only concerned with customer service until they sell you a vehicle and after that you're on your own.
