Arrived for 1:45 PM scheduled appointment. Waited to be called for over an hour. Finally called back and waited to see doctor. When I left at 3:30 the office person smiled sweetly and said "are you tired of waiting." No apologies, no explanation or offer to reschedule. May be a great doctor, I won't waste my time again to find out.

Dr. Novosad may be intelligent , but why open up shop when you have horrible front desk manners. I give people benefit of the doubt been dealing with doctors for many years because I have chronic heart conditions but your office is deplorable shouldn't have to be a wild goose chase for a prescription called several times with no response from you guys it's as if you don't care about my severe pain . One of the worst customer service experiences I have had from a doctor's office , I am going to a different doctor after waiting two months to actually see you and now my chronic problem is going on four months .. just awful service all around . Learn some beside manners please I'm a human being when I tell your front office that I'm in excruciating pain .. ooh ok is not job t right answer !

You have to be the most gigantic turd when the only thing you say when reviewing a DOCTOR is "I'm a whiny baby and refuse to follow office policy and the front desk did this waaa" dude complain to the doctor in person about the problem instead. Most people don't come here for that especially when they're dying. Dr. Novosad is an intelligent doctor and she's serious about what she does.
