Charged for procedures never performed. Also, having difficulty obtaining records. Third strike- never received call back from doctor after leaving three messages with answering service during true emergency situation with my daughter after allergy testing. We really liked Dr. Janes when my husband used him several years ago, but have been highly disappointed since he’s part of large practice.

Absolutely LOVE Dr. Thrasher! Took my daughter to him for a second opinion on hearing issues. Was not quick to rush tubes for my daughter, like the first Dr. Took his time to look as her test and talk with me. Came in for regular follow-ups, and discovered she did not need the tubes to begin with. Did tubes for my son and removed an earring back from my other daughter ( little sister didn't nap at the same time and was up to no good). Nothing negative I can say. I recommend him ALL the time. 100% worth my 45+min drive. Office staff is fantastic as well.

I went for tonsil stones. I had not met my insurance deductible so the office advised me that it would be between $80-$120, depending on what Dr. Patel has to do. Dr. Patel didn't do anything intense but just told me to gargle warm salt water or he could take the tonsils out. I requested some sort of antibiotics but he stated that wouldn't help. 20 minutes later they ended up charging me $120 even though Dr. Patel only provided me advise.

Doctor was OK and so was the office staff. Billing practices need improvement. I didn't receive a bill before I left since they bill insurance directly first- I'll never make that mistake again. Two months later, I received a bill with services I did not receive. And they outsource their billing and also don't have a simple process to resolve and dispute any billing errors. And when you finally talk to someone, they are not at all receptive to the possibility that they "made a mistake". FYI sitting behind a desk doesn't make someone an ENT expert either. I finally gave up and just paid their bill but I will be taking my future business elsewhere. If you go here, request a copy of your bill before you leave!
