Purchased a warranty from these guys because I was tired of dealing with Camping World. They seemed friendly and professional. Now, I need to get a door fixed on my camper, trim put back on, and I have been calling and sending emails for a week. I realize there was a day off for Independence Day, but I cannot even get a service call scheduled. First, when I called to report I needed service, the office took down some info, I sent pictures of the damage, and they told me they'd get back to me. They forgot. I had to call them back late the next day. He checked into it and when he called back, he called my husband (who isn't handling the problem) and left him a message. After a couple of days, they finally figured out how to get the door, but didn't want to order a door because they feel like they need to look at the damage first, which I agree, but I cannot seem to get a service call scheduled. I understand this is a busy time of year for repairing rv's, but I would appreciate an estimate at least. Right now, it has been over a week since my first contact and I still have no idea how we are proceeding.

I've been to this RV parts/repair/rental store a few times and I'm always treated well by Joe, the owner. They have fair prices and are real experts in the business. Lisa is really nice as well.
