Story

Our story begins in Porto Alegre, Brazil. Living the cattle rancher’s life and feasting in the traditional rodizio style native to this region, one of the partners had visions of bringing this culture north to the United States. The unique concept offers diners a parade of meats and an extravagant seasonal salad area. After years of hoping and dreaming, this rodizio vision became a reality. The destination of choice was no other than the cattle man's land ... Texas. Settling in Texas, it was apt that this unique style brought from Brazil be combined with the hospitality that is indigenous to the lone star state. Combining the culture and feast of Brazil with the service and class of the states, Texas de Brazil emerged. Texas de Brazil is family owned and operated and continues to expand both domestically and internationally to bring the Brazilian Steakhouse dining experience to new and exciting geographical locations.

Texas de Brazil is now my favorite restaurant! The food was absolutely DELICIOUS! It is so amazing and the staff is fabulous, friendly and accommodating. Diego, the manager asked if we came for a special occasion & I told him we were celebrating my Birthday!. Diego made sure to tell the hostess and our server so we were seated in the best spot with a beautiful view of Uptown. She placed us at a candle lit table and made sure that it was a quite area so that we could be ALONE ( that was so thoughtful)!  Oh, and they gave me a free dessert! Paloma even put a candle on it and wished me a HAPPY BIRTHDAY! I would like to recognize Paloma for her outstanding service. She made my BIRTHDAY better! Diego stopped by the table a couple of  times to check on us. Usually we tip 20% for good service and good food. If there are problems, the tip goes down. If its outstanding it goes up 25%. We rounded up and tipped her 27% on a $138 bill. She deserved everybit of it! I will be back!

Service was great! Food was great! It's a LOT of food to consume...even the salad bar. Nice atmosphere also. Not sure about parking...saw a lot across the street and also valet. We took an Uber, so.....
Not my kind of eating, but it is good for those who are accustomed to consuming lots of food at one seating. I personally won't go back, but it's a great place for those who are able to consume like that. It would be well worth your dollar.

This is always a special treat for us. We reserve it for birthdays. My picture was not the best feature of Texas de Brazil, but it was very special! 
We called ahead 30 minutes to put our name on the list. We only had to wait about 5 minutes once we got there about 6:15. Start of the dinner service on a weekend. The waiters and waitresses were great. Our waitress Paloma was very attentive to our needs and to our 2 & 4 years old's. We got our fill of meat and fried bananas! I highly recommend the experience. 
Please bring cash because it is valet parking ONLY. Since it mandatory, it is based on tips. I felt bad b/c we didn't have any cash. 😔

Fantastic experience ! Pricey but, great salad bar, the various meats were delicious & fantastic desserts. 
The service was among the best I have ever had.
A bit pricey but, for special occasions,  worth it.

This place is unreal. You had better come hungry. It was our anniversary and they gave us a beautiful table in mind of our special day. We will return.
