I won't talk about the place being packed or the long wait because I expected that from every DMV; however, the customer service is HORRIBLE! They did not have the proper forms available and when I tried to ask a simple question about whether or not I had filled out the proper form ( to avoid any unpleasantness or delays when they finally did call my number), the woman talked to me like I was an imbecile. She was very rude. She kept interrupting me so that I couldn't even explain what form I needed. Needless to say, I walked out. I won't be doing any business with these people EVER again. If I could give a -5, I would.

I went to the office today.  The lobby was packed.  All the chairs was occupied and there were people sitting on the floor as well as standing here and there.  I pulled a #45 ticket and the last number they were working on is 15.   People has been waiting for hours per feedback.  There is only 2 clerk.   The staff's was friendly and consistence  but the amount of customer's was too much for 2 person to handle.  It is not their fault the waiting seem to be endless.   This is the state of Texas.  The people pay your salary.  Please hire more staff's to accommodate your customer.   Thank you

Need more staff. Wait time is way to long. You will spend your whole day waiting to be seen. City needs to hire more staff.

They have the worst customer service ever possible. I was there in the morning for two hours and was told they ran into some problems and was told to come back in the afternoon. Came back in the afternoon and waited another two hours just to be told the same thing. I do not recommend this office at all.

I don't get these bad reviews this was great. Went here on a Monday at 11:30, got my DL and left by 12:30. They were wonderful, friendly, smiling, and helpful and they also promptly answered the phones. Everything was easy, smooth, and pleasant! Going to get your DL renewed is never a fun errand but these guys are awesome!
