I wish I could give them ZERO stars! I got notice that they delivered a package in my mailbox and it was not there.  I'm trying to get a hold of them to question my mail carrier.  These people NEVER answer the phone.  It used to just ring and ring, but now a recording comes on stating to leave a message.  The only thing to do is make a trip all the way down town.  Friggin' RIDICULOUS!!  Patrons should be able to call a place of business and get some type of help over the phone.  They are never THAT busy!

I have the best maillady in the word. But when she is sick or on vacation noone will pick up  or deliver our mail.  And the is a business.

I mail is not delivered to my address everyday. I have mail that belongs to numerous other addresses. Those close enough I take to them. Wrongly delivered mail has been sitting on my porch for days. Cannot talk to anyone on the phone and the mailbox is full!

Nobody ever answers the phone, just a voicemail that is full and cannot leave messages.  Medication with a tracking number says it was delivered, but is an outright lie, the USPS will not take any responsibility.  woohoo for  government entities!
