We have one carrier that simply can't be bothered to ring the doorbell!!? He leaves a slip in the mailbox indicating WE need to pick it up- even if we are home ALL day! I just spent 55 minutes on hold until I reached the 800 # and I filed 2 formal complaints. I will gladly pay extra for UPS or FEDEX. Yesterday he indicated "no safe place to leave packages"! We live in a gated community and all carriers - including USPS - leave their packages on our front porch. Nothing changed- just pure laziness. I also wish o could give negative stars!

There was no line and they even had extra staff to help in case of a line. The employees were helpful, kind and friendly. They smiled! Not what you’d expect from a post office.

Trash! Went to go pick up a package that was supposed to be delivered today but got pushed back to tomorrow although it was scanned into the post office hours ago.. the clerk told me they would have to charge me a fee to pick up my own package because they would have to look for it.... it was a priority pack that was supposed to be delivered today!!!!

This place continues to suck worse everyday. It is incredible how bad the the service is and how rude and slow the people are. If I could unsubscribe from their service, then I would. They are always putting my mail in the wrong box, and I routinely get other people's mail. Just the other day, my neighbor delivered a title to one of my vehicles because it got put in their mailbox. Seriously, they suck so bad.

- It took me over 2 months to get my mailbox key when I moved here. - I haven't received 1 package that was supposed to receive - I don't receive important mail like my debit card and my passport I'm a teacher for students w learning disabilities and everyone always tells me how patient I am; but I am out of patience with the workers at this location !
