Had allergy testing done at Tanglewilde location. EpiPen was mentioned as being required so I went to Walgreens to pick one up and was told I would have to have a prescription for it. I wasn't given a Px by the clinic, an oversight I suppose but after two messages left, still waiting to hear back and now feeling a bit leary about this clinic. Hoping there's no mix up with my shots which are supposed to begin in two business days...if I get the Px for the EpiPen.

I've visited Texas ENT several times over the last few years... very friendly staff, plus Dr. Garfield Johnson has always been great! Their whole team has made me feel like a person they care about, not just another patient. Thank you Texas ENT!!

Memorial location: scheduler/receptionist were unnecessarily rude and unhelpful. I didn't even bother scheduling an appointment due to the unpleasantness.

Receptionist is very bad, I went there once two year ago and gave all my insurance information. Recently I went back for my allergy test and I still have have the same insurance. She want to see my insurance card, but I have all my in digital copy on my phone and she ask for hard copy. I told me I can email to her but she insist me to fax instead. Why she wait until my third visit to ask the hard copy of my insurance They gave me a list of medication list to make sure I don't take any of time at least a week before my allergy test. When I get there, they go through all the medication again and find out one of the eyes drop I use over the counter have one ingredient might interference with the test, but the ingredient is not showing on the list the gave me. So, I have to reschedule and wait for another week. The physician is very friendly but he make me feel like a salesman instead a doctor. I asked for my allergy treatment option other than the drop. He suggest me go with surgery just to increase my nasal to help me breathe better. But that is not an option to treat the symptoms. My allergy symptoms not just congestion only.

Wow, are we talking about the same place? The staff has been nothing less than extremely courteous and professional to me on every visit I have had with them over the past 3 months. Dr Chang has answered all of my questions, shown complete compassion and been very attentive. His assistants have been very kind and compassionate. They have visibly witnessed my ongoing issues and have shown considerable bedside manner, care, compassion and willingness to continue to try to find a way to help me get back to my normal self. I would completely recommend Dr Chang and his staff. Even though I am still not healed, he and his staff are very encouraging, have not given up and he has expressed his concern and the potential for further treatment as deemed necessary until all methods are exhausted. The frontline receptionist, scheduler, collectors, audiologist, ect, have all been just as kindhearted and caring as the caregivers in the clinical visit rooms. I was told what to do prior to my initial visit and what to bring with me to each visit, I go prepared and have not had a negative encounter at a single visit. Thank you Dr Chang and TEAXS ENT staff for the time, care and compassion you have shown during my visits.
