I wouldn't even give them a one star! 
Long time ago I left a review on the front desk staff. This particular staff member, that I rather not mention her name, would always have a nasty attitude. I deleted my review and decided to give this clinic another chance. Today 12/20/2017 I went back. TERRIBLE mistake! The P/A, physician assistant MARTHA SOSA, told me that as a parent I need to "deal" with my son's condition (eczema) and if I did not like it i could leave her clinic. This happened because I told her I don't feel she's prescribing enough ointment for the school to keep and for myself to keep at home in case of another eczema outburst. This was her response.

 Dr.ALVAREZ said this was "okay" he didnt seem to care about sosa's behaivior. I give this clinic a 0. Please don't go here. TERRIBLE service. Sosa nor the doctor seem to care about the patient's well being. They saw my son crying and itching with bloody patches on his skin and still did not prescribe him the correct amount of medicine. Even the school sent out a note to get this ointment to keep at school. But "as a parent I need to DEAL with it" Was Martha Sosa's response. She also told me to go back to my son's previous pediatrician. And did not prescribe enough , nor an extra tube of ointment for the school nurse to keep.

Tambien el doctor ese alvarez me dijo que necesito estudiar para ver porque mi hijo tiene eczema. Alvarez told me I need to study about eczema and the reasons why my son has it. So then why is he a doctor? Entonces para que yo llevo a mi hijo a ese doctor que me mando a estudiar el porque de su condicion de mi hijo.

I was visiting family in Houston, and was my daughter was feeling sick. I was told about this office and took my daughter in.  My experience in this office was wonderful.  The staff was very friendly and helpful, what I loved the most was the physician Ms. Sosa was even more amazing.  She presented herself very well unlike other doctors I have gone too.  Just to say that my daughter felt very safe with her.  I thank you all for the wonderful experience and I will continue to go here when I am in town, and have recommended this office to family and friends.

Ms. Sosa provided excellent care. She has great bed side manner. I appreciated the friendliness and the professionalism of the staff. They were efficient and made sure all of my needs were met.

I have been visiting clinica mi doctor for 3 years and received  superior customer service throughout the clinic. The physician Mrs. Sosa has gone above and beyond in providing care. I have recommended my family and friends and all have had nothing but a pleasant experience.
