Texas Master Plumbers was recommended to me by a neighbor and it was a great recommendation.  I had an underground water leak and needed 40 feet of pipe replaced. They started that morning and when I returned home the project was completed. They professionally dug up my yard and carefully put my grass back in place afterwards. Needless to say the leak was repaired my yard looks great and no more high water bills. The staff was very professional from the customer service desk to the men that did the work. The prices are very reasonable and now they are my "go to" plumbing company.

Update 3: A Plumber was working next door at neighbors home, and noticed my water heater flue vent pipe and flashing is almost coming off. Texas Master Plumbers never connected it and sealed it after new water heater was installed. Not connected at water heater properly either.

Further, water heater drain pipe that was replaced, is missing outside elbow per code.

Master plumbers??? No. Called them to come fix, they say its a ROOFING issue. Really, rain coming in from flue extension pipe vent that YOU installed is the roofing issue. No issue before. Filed a BBB complaint. 

NOW have to hire a REAL plumber.

Updated: MORE bizarre, and I just called the police. 

After leaving review, the owner from Texas Plumbers in van came to house POUNDED on door SUPER hard, throws paperwork (my receipt apparently), and says I know where you live - meaning he is coming back to damage my property? Got him leaving driveway on video. Just filed a complaint with the Texas State Board Plumbing Examiners.

USE these clowns at your own risk!

Bizarre to say the least. Plumber not helpful. Wants ME to find the issue. I want you to find the water leak coming out of my wall and give me a estimate on repairs. Um, why did I call you. 

Say they are paperless and I will get a receipt via email. I email a few days later to get a copy via email, and they say I have to call? Really call to get a paperless receipt, ironic, no?????

Had a big water leak inside a wall which required turning off the water to the entire house until it could be found and repaired.  Needed a qualified plumber fast.  Ronnie Goyne from Texas Master Plumber to the rescue.  Literally.  Fortunately, Ronnie was at the house within an hour of the call.  He found the leak and fixed the pipe.  Reasonable rates too considering this was an urgent situation.  This was the second time I have called Texas Master Plumber and have been very happy with their service.  Thanks Ronnie.

I have used them serveral times at my moms house and they have always been on time, professional and courteous!!  Just recently they came and explained/fixed the problem with no charge.  Very nice and unexpected!!  I was thinking it was something horrible with massive costs (which they could have charged me and I would have paid)  but the dark water was due to galvanized pipes and the water heater being turned off.  Ronnie was so nice and really educated me on what was going on.  Thank you and I’ll definitely be using you in the future!

I highly recommend Texas Master Plumbers, the crew was very professional and they worked efficiently to replace my main gas line to pass the city inspection. They are reasonably price and take major credit cards… now they are my "go to" plumbing company.
