This has been the best experience I have had at a storage facility. The staff was friendly and helpful. Coded  entrance  and coded exit for extra security. I definitely recommend this place if you are looking to store your vehicle or personal items.

 Secured, safe, and 5 star customer service support.

The employees I personally dealt with were professional and courteous and the facility is clean, secure  and well-maintained.  However my 21 year old son was unloading a trailer into a storage unit I've rented for him this week and a storage company employee confronted him and was rude to him even after he showed him the contract with his name on it.

He had his (dark-skinned) girlfriend with him at the time.

I am sorry to say that I do not have any other explanation for this guy's behavior.

Good ole Texans.  Understanding and willing to work with you. Just moved accross country. The building I moved into put padlock on gate. Truck stuck. Helped me out with that . Very greatful thanks again will use you in the future !!

The staff here at Texas Maxi-Mini Self Storage have been the most helpful staff I have worked with. Their pricing is wonderful and I never had an issue with the storage of my goods, inside or outside. Whenever I needed to make a payment over the phone or add a unit, these guys were courteous and helpful all the way. I had zero hassles when moving in or out. I highly recommend this business.
