I always like the food here. However the experience today wasn't that great. We had a party of 8. 6 people came and waited inside, 2 people on the way and it should take them less than 15 minutes to get here. One of my friend was in a hurry and did not have much time to eat, so we asked if they can seat us down first and we can order for our friends that were on the way. They told us that their policy doesn't allow them to seat people until everyone shows up, and they can seat us as soon as our friends come. Since it's the policy we understand and kept on waiting. When our friends came, we let them know that the whole party is here. At that time I really expect that they seat us right away because we don't have much time to order and eat, we already explained that to them from the very beginning. Only then they gave us a pager and told us to continue to wait!?? Well, when we heard that we left immediately. I am pissed. Eating out supposed to make us feel good, I will not spend a dime at a place that treated us like this. Maybe they have a lot of customers so they don't care the need of one or two people. What a customer service!! Way to go Texas Roadhouse!!

It was busy the evening that I went, so I sat at the bar, since I was alone. I was helped right away, and the bar tender was very friendly and attentive. I received my food promptly, and my steak was cooked exactly the way I wanted it. I'll definitely be going there more often.

Our waiter, Juan, was great, clean cut, professional and very attentive. As an owner of a successful restaurant, we were seated at a booth where I could see everything going on in the kitchen, and I was not at all impressed. Cooks not wearing hair nets and some not wearing aprons, I observed one BOH employee dig in the trash then wipe something off his finger on rim of trash can, cleaned his hands on apron and walk away, yuk!!

My family and I come here often.. always good service and amazing food.. but last night was OUTSTANDING. Our server D.J was so helpful and friendly.. he knows what he’s doing.. our food was great. Our experience was awesome.

Great food and super great service. I had the steak kabobs and I couldn't even eat it all. Loaded sweet potatoes!!! The buns and butter are just the best.
