Service was fantastic. Food? We ate at the bar, great atmosphere and friendly staff. Shrimp and steak were top notch. The added half pound of crab legs were at least 2 days old. .yuck. Presentation was pleasing to the eye but for $100 ticket i left hungry. ..bummer.

Awesome Food.....Honestly the Best Burger I have ever eaten.. Awesome Service and Very nice employees.. Can't say enough great things about them... Try them......I guarantee you you will not be disappointed.....

Just left Poco Playa without bothering to order. Staff either sitting outside talking to each other or goodness knows where in the building. There was a table of 8 that had their food, another just ordering and a couple that had their food. Two tables had dirty dishes & no one making a move to clean them. We sat for over 15 min & no one bothered to even take a drink order. When we finally got up to leave the hostess was outside with 2 other employees. I told them we had been waiting. One of the kids laughed. The hostess said Well I don't what happened with the servers. None of them bothered to offer to assist us. I guess they don't clean tables either. Won't be back.

Just left there. The food was super. Had a tuna steak and was great. My son had a shrimp wrap and he said it was great also. The trouble was with the service. They weren't busy, but I waited forever my my ticket. Finally got up to pay at the door and someone brought a ticket out then, acting like I was leaving without paying. We wanted to buy a shirt but they didn't seem to want to sell one. My wife went back in to buy the shirt but they had that part closed up already. No...zero....personality. Cool atmosphere and good food but needs severe help in the customer service area. The shops out back are cool, too pricey, and never open. Lots of potential but may not survive. We were disappointed. When a meal Costs $90, I want the staff to at least care that I'm there.

Cajun pasta was great. Bartender was awesome. I would definitely go back. Avoid the crawfish queso
