We had an Unfriendly Server and Our Cesar dressing wasn't on our salads,we asked another server,she didn't bring any then Our original server brought me another salad because lettuce was wilted and this time it had dressing. Then our Server came back and said The New grill cook didn't know what Pittsburgh style was, so they were going to make us new steaks By this time We had been waiting for Our food for Almost an hour and a half, So I told My companion Let's Go. We asked to speak to the manager and All she did was make excuses. There is a lettuce shortage and We have a new cook etc. Not I'm Sorry and what can We do to make this better. Worse Service and what little food We got wasn't up to usual Roadhouse standards. Also We sat at a booth in the bar noticing Servers throwing food at each other in the back All congregating and Not out on the floor taking care of customers Very Very BAD Management! Would Not recommend this place to anyone, Definitely Not Going Back

The greeting was great! Our server was not very attentive. The kitchen manager was hilarious. But the waitress didn't come to take our order until about 45 mins of sitting there. My steak kabob was l good. But my mother had to send back her steak twice, she basically rolled her eyes at us. Wasn't worth what we ended up paying for what we got. But I've never really had a "good" experience there. I don't think I'll go back.

Food was great! Usually any food is good though after waiting at your table for over an hour to get your appitizer. When food did arrive it was definitely good. Unfortunately they brought the wrong food for one of our friends. We all finished our food by the time the replacement order came. The manager went above and beyond by comping the chocolate milk. Needless to say, it will be another 2 or 3 years before we go back again. Stick with Spitfire Grill where you won't be disappointed!!

Some classic BBQ and steak dishes all at a very reasonable price! The sides are also fantastic and very hearty. They also have very good chicken dishes with all the same side options. Good beer specials at the bar too!

This is a top notch Texas Roadhouse location. If you've been to one anywhere else in the country then this will be very familiar to you. I love that I can get a delicious 16 ounce rib eye and two sides for under 20 bucks. For that price it's very hard to beat. The staff here is exceptionally well trained. They all provide a very similar experience and follow the same playbook, ie "How would you like your hand cut steak cooked tonight?". Their manager must be really on top of their game. As seems usual in my experience, this place gets busy so expect a wait. You can call ahead up to 90 minutes before and get on the list so if you know you're going give them a call a bit before you head over.
