Story

For over 40 years, we have been the hot spot for birthdays and celebrations. Our delicious Mexican cuisine and atmosphere provide a fun dining experience in each of our five locations across North Dakota. Whether your group chooses to dine in Fargo, Bismarck, Minot, Jamestown or Grand Forks, you will receive free chips and salsa and extraordinary specials. Every day of the week has its own special on everything from nachos to fajitas to dessert! When deciding on a Mexican restaurant to celebrate a birthday or relax, choose Paradiso.

It's not true an authentic cuisine, but the food is still REALLY good. I love the interior decor. Comfortable place. Great service. Wonderful place to go on a birthday, because it's one of the few places in town where you can get a free birthday meal... can't beat that. Thank you Paradiso!

The food was great and so was our service. We ate in the bar and our server was nice and on top of things. The service was some of the best I've ever had.

So upon arrival there was no hostess at the stand.  After eventually being seated our waitress was incredibly rude, eye rolls and all. The food is mediocre. The ONLY saving grace and reason it gets 4 stars is Darryl. This dude replaced our pissy server and did such a great job I would come back. Phenomenal service on his part.

This place always has decent food. It is authentic mexican, so if you expect to eat your burrito with your hands... prepare to get messy. I've never been disappointed with a meal from here, and I think that anyone looking for not overpriced Mexican food will be more than happy with the quality of everything there.

Surprisingly amazing in an area you wouldn't expect Mexican food to be, the middle of the Mid West. This is some of the best I've had in years! The portion sizes are over the top, and you must get your own chips and salsa, but the patio dining is great.
A trip to Fargo is not complete unless you stop here. Keep up the great service and excellent food.
