I took my wife and children here for Mother's Day 2017. We placed our order and the server brought us back our drinks.  My wife began to drink the cup of water that she ordered.  After taking a few sips, she noticed "HALF OF A FLY" inside of the water. 

I notified the sever and we walked the cup of water over to the manager.  He showed the manager and the manager simply said GET THEM ANOTHER CUP OF WATER.   I said to the manager that it is Mother's Day and asked him is that all that he could say or do?  He said unless you will like a water bottle.  

I believe that this was horrible customer service and the manager's attitude displayed a lack of sensitivity and caring.  I look forward to hearing back from a higher up within the worksite or company.   Sad day at Texas Road House!

Always busy but always worth the wait!  Walt our waiter was great!  Good sense of humor and seemed to like his job.

Horrible food. Bad vegetables. No apparent effort made to make the food flavorful. Meat tasted like cow patties.

Consistent straight forward amazing steaks and food.  My favorite restaurant.  I'm a regular that loves the service,  method of cooking my steak and vibe. Updated 08/13: lost three stars today. Called in at 8:30pm, was told wait was 50 to hour,  not a problem.  Walked in at 9pm, was told 30 minutes, walked in at 9:30pm was told another hour... you get my idea.. service bombed.  But for a regular,  it hurts.  I'll go back when they're not so busy to see if they can earn some stars back. 12/2016 earned stars back.
