Food was great. The waitresses and manager were extremely courteous. My steak was a little undercooked based on my request but they are quick to fix it.  Great plqce to go eat.

Clean, courteous staff, and very delicious food. The made fresh rolls are a favorite of ours. The peanuts are just right.

Good place for comfort food and family outing. Can be noisy but normal for this type of place. Service was great for our large group. The staff was friendly and accommodating. However, stay away if you or a child have peanut allergies. They have a barrel of peanuts in the waiting area and the shells and peanuts were discarded on the floor. They also have buckets of peanuts at the table.

I've never managed to get a steak here that wasn't either raw or burned into a charcoal briquette. For a steakhouse not to be able to deliver a medium rare steak consistently is completely unacceptable. 
The metal roof makes it's a dead zone for cell service and mobile data. 
The cocktails are particularly weak. 
It is very loud, and because of the Texas theme you have to listen to country music the whole time you're there. That last part may be fine or even preferable for some, but it is anathema to me.
The Chicken Critter salad is pretty good, though massive. Hard to go wrong with that one. It's what I order every time I have to chose between avoiding this place entirely or missing out on a social outing.

Great steaks, not usually into chains but they had better steaks than a lot of upscale restaurants I've been to.  Nothing worse than buying a steak and you can't chew it...  Been twice and will be back:)
