We were not told we would be charged the full amount of our stay plus an additional $150 at check in. A card is usually held for incidentals and that's no problem but to charge the full amount plus an estimated incidental amount and to not be told was incredibly frustrating. Come to find out it was not a "hold" as the manager Terri assured me, it was a charge. Also, we had brown and yellow water come out of our sink and shower several times. If this would let me post a photo of just how gross the water looked I would have. I would never, ever return to this hotel.

For a hotel described as "upscale", I'm not impressed. My room was kept clean for the most part (I do tip housekeeping).  I stay here for business, as I'm sure many people do, yet there are no extended-stay type amenities such as microwaves in the rooms. (When I asked about this, I got 3 different answers on cost...depending on who I asked). The fitness center is a joke. 
The staff is very friendly & helpful, and I hear it's under new management, so I do hope to see more improvements soon. Otherwise I'll just have to 
drive a little further to stay somewhere else.

Paid for a king bed and pullout sofa via a third party website. Got there and the room did not have the pullout sofa. Went down to the front desk to see if we could switch rooms and they were very unwilling to make any accommodations, saying MA fire code says that cots weren't allowed. It wasn't until a manager came by that we were suddenly able to have a cot to get closer to what we paid for. Otherwise the stay was fine.

Staff is friendly, rooms were clean, and it is accessible to major highway. The restaurant is good and the bar serves a good variety of draft beers.

Stayed for work. Room was clean. Staff was very polite. There are stores near by to pick up anything you might have forgotten, but nothing fancy. Internet was basic and i had to pay $5 a day so I could stream movies
