Was first time. Short wait for seating. Staff are friendly, and professional. We all (4) had steaks. Later that week I was told " yah, the steaks are good, but you have to do the ribs cause they are great". NEXT VISIT.

I've been to many such restaurants including a number of Texas Roadhouses, but this was my best steak experience by a mile. Although has to wait for the table for some 20mins, but estimate given was darn accurate. Service was pleasant, mood was cheerful and the food was excellent. The steak was superb. Chef knows something and the management makes sure that high service quality standard is maintained at all fronts. I like it medium rare, but this was pretty well done.

I have enjoyed Texas Roadhouse for several yrs.,most recently I have been frequently visiting them on weds nights for their sirloin specials ( one of the best deals around ) their regular menu is also quite good. I find the atmosphere kinda loud however some may find that part of their charm, service has always been prompt and cordial though sometimes getting seated requires a wait. I will return.

Service was Outstanding from beginning to as we were walking out the door! Same can be said for the food! Baked potatoes were not ready, so the server asked if we'd mind mashed. Of course not. But as we were getting ready to leave, she brought us two loaded to go! A nice surprise. Made to felt welcome by all involved from hostesses to the guy who seated us to our server. All went out of their way to ensure we had a good visit on the way out too

Great experience 95% of the time. Can get busy on holidays like all restaurants which leads to a long wait. Only issue I've ever had was with one particular waitress being extremely rude a night that I took my whole family out to eat, have only seen her there one time and since then all the waiters and waitresses have been great as usual.
