Took too long for bread. Under staffed for Monday night during football and baseball play offs. Typical from last time when said there are way better places to eat. Competition getting tough out there. Step up.

Texas Roadhouse is by far my families favorite restaurant in Shreveport Bossier. Every dish is good and they always have a lot of friendly employees to handle the rush. Steaks pork chops baked chicken are all excellent

My cousin called weeks ago and made reservations but had to wait an hour to be seated. Then it took forever for our orders to come so they kept bringing us rolls (8 baskets just at my table) and peanuts. We had to tell them to stop bringing rolls because everyone was getting full on rolls because it was taking so long. Then the food finally came but my steak came wrong. I asked for my steak to be medium well but it came well done. It was extremely dry and i had to send it back. My cousin steak was cold when he got it. It had to be sent back. The 25 other people with me were done eating with to go boxes before I got my food. We had to ask 3 different servers before we got silverware. They were waiting with food but couldn't eat it. We got our food at the same time, at the end of the dinner party. I took my food to go. The service was AWFUL but the food was good. We all left him a nice tip anyway but no one wanted to.

Service was great. Had to send my steak back because it was over cooked but they made it right!! Awesome!!

I went on a Saturday night and the wait time was significant. The food was good except for the sweet potato being overcooked. The service was pretty good even though it was packed.
