Comfortable beds, quiet rooms. The only thing keeping me from giving 5 stars is the breakfast isn’t all that great. I’ll be back though- the bed was good.

We forgot our bose speaker in the room. We notified the management who said she spoke with the house keeper, the linen person, head of housekeeping and all the staff. She said that no one had seen it and all her staff followed protocol when items where left in the Rooms. We went back to the hotel and spoke with the manager, who had a “matter of fact” semi rude attitude about the entire situation. We explained to her that we saw the housekeeper and linen person enter the room as soon as we left the room. She again, told us that they do not have our speaker and her staff ALWAYS follows protocol! We decided to call the police and make a, theft report. The very professional, Shreveport officer responded quickly. The manager was insisting, to the officers, that they did not have our speaker when “all of a sudden”, the linen guy comes out with our speaker. The manager treated us as though we did something wrong. We didn’t even get an apology. My husband and I hope that the actions at the Bossier, Homewood location is not indicative of how things are done though out this company. Thank you. A special, thank you to The Shreveport police officers for treating us with respect!!

Very nice room! Fit 5 grown people just fine in the 1 bedroom double queen bed room.

We stayed here on our way to and from Texas and were pleased with our stays. We were traveling with a dog and 2 kids. The rate for our pet was reasonable unlike other hotels in the area and the room was well sized for our family. The courtyard area looked nice but we didn't get a chance to use it. The staff was friendly and check in/out was easy. Breakfast was fair but given the amount of holiday traffic that was there could have been better stocked/cleaned. Overall good stay and we've marked this as a place to come back being that it was pet friendly.

Extremely nice for an affordable price. Came down for a memorial service and we were extremely worried about our hotel choices, considering we didn't want to be cooped up and miserable the entire time we were there. Homewood was spacious, and while the view wasn't good, the courtyard below was beautiful and the pool ( while is was too cold to get into the actual pool instead of the jacuzzi ) looked lovely. We were extremely happy with our stay and the hotels services.
