This is the best steak house in town. The employees are friendly (all) and the steaks ribs, shrimp, chicken bites ( plain to hot ) taste wonderful along with all the other items we've ever ordered. The bartenders also make some of the best drinks in town. Hopefully my favourite bartenders will allow me to post their pic to this review. I've never met a better bunch of people then the ones that work here. From Mangers to bus persons they are all WONDERFUL.

We have always gave them a five star review but last night's experience was super bad. Up until them it was my favorite place to eat out. They out us in a very cramped corner table then put a large party right behind us. Felt like sardines. Then they didn't take our order for over 20 minutes. Had to send my steak back 3 times to get it correct. Forgot 3 sides that went with our party.  Tuesday has always been kids night. No announcement no sign. Used to have the best balloon guy but he wasn't there. Didn't even know they had any special activity until we were walking out the door. Bill was incorrect, had to tell waitress it was prior to 6 specials we ordered and kids special night. I was just told today they got a new manager that was taking it in a different direction. Yep, closed. If it's not broke don't fix it.

Beef tips suck ,I would not get them that was my first and last , I feel bad I payed for them , the waitress was great she did her job , bread is always good. Normal give better rating sorry. It bombed out this time.

First of all worst experience at a Roadhouse location. When I got there my first encounter was bad waitress skills because I was asking her about the steaks that you can order before being seated and she acted as if she knew nothing about them so I asked could she ask someone that possibly knew. Then when I gave my order my steak was not cooked correctly. I didn't want to send it back because as I explained to manger I don't want my food to go back to the back again. When the waiter brought the check she asked me I didn't ask her did the manager say she was going to give discount because of steak not being cooked right I could have said yes and lied but doing the right thing I said no she didn't even come to table once and ask about our service or anything. When she did finally get to the table she asked did I want another steak or drink to take home. Really first of all why would i sit and wait on another steak or drink. I will never eat at this location again so much unprofessional people working here from waitress to Manager. They won't get anymore of my money. They were wrong not me.

Very enjoyable dinner. Waitress was nice but asked if I was okay far too often for my tastes. I would say that is more a personal preference through. Had a great meal as I have everytime I have been here.
