Came here for a perm in December and the top of my hair was burned off because my stylist put the rods on wrong. The salon director Kathy was informed that I was going to get a perm and even scheduled the day and told me she would get more rods and perm for chemically treated hair. I came in for routine trims to finally get my hair in good condition for the perm, when I come in sat in the chair and halfway through rolling my hair in the rods I am informed she didn't purchase the rods she said she'd get for the perm. The put smaller rods and insist it will make my hair more natural looking. With finally all the rods in my hair I was then informed she didn't get the perm solution I needed. She probably forgot. She insisted the regular solution would be fine. Didn't notice anything until three days later when I washed my hair and felt all the bald spots!!!! I came in immediately for a refund and she tried to offer me free products instead. I insisted I wanted my money back then she tells me she completely understands and I would get my refund I would just need to wait for the salon manager to call me back. A week later no call so I call Kathy and she insists I will be getting a call. Another week passes no call and Kathy promises I will receive a call! A month later I call corporate and they say it's noted that I DIDNT ANSWER!!!! Infuriated I tell them I just need my refund back already and guess what they told me :) to wait for a call back. It is officially April no call back, no refund just one HUGE lesson learned!!! I took the chance with this salon, I've heard it plenty times "you get what you pay for" well it is absolutely true. DO NOT RISK IT, GO TO A BETTER SALON!!! YOU WILL REGRET IT. AND WHEN YOU DO REGRET IT, DO NOT EXPECT A REFUND!
