Story

In Manhattan in 1965, there was no place where people could go out to meet friends and make new ones in an environment that was at once both relaxed and yet exciting. Then, Alan Stillman opened Fridays as a way, he said, “to meet Pan Am stewardesses.” Suddenly, there was a place with great food, new and exciting drinks and an electric energy. A place where bartenders mixed the environment just as well as they mixed drinks. In short, a place like nowhere else. Today, Fridays in Front Royal, VA is still America’s most iconic bar and grill. We embrace and celebrate our heritage as a bar. One that just happens to serve killer food in an environment where it’s always Friday.

Just left this place. We were seated and sat for over 5 minutes and we're never addressed b any wait staff. And they were NOT busy. We are local and this has happened to us numerous times in the past. Waitress looked directly at us several times, but never said anything. Not a "I'll be right with you" or "I'll get your sever", nothing. I can't stand bad customer service. Probably won't be back.

Was recently here with my fiancé and infant the other night and had a great experience with no issues with seating or ordering, however returned today with my daughter and although we were seated quickly was told I had to move my child's highchair, and we couldn't order the same thing i had ordered on a previous visit. Service apparently depends on who is working and what time you go in.

Love TGiF! Watching the game while enjoying great food in a fun atmosphere, you can't go wrong here... Where it's always Friday lol

No... we eat out quite a bit. Nice, but sorry, nice doesn't give you good ratings. Timely manner and good food give you 5 stars. Our waiter was kind, but that's it. The food: Appetizer. Pretzel's were amazing. BeerCheese Sauce had cooled from where they set it out too long... Main Course: Bruschetta Chicken and Pasta had clearly been sitting out waiting for the waiter to get the food. Dried out. Ceaser Salad: Same thing, chicken had dried out. Chicken and Shrimp Sizzler: Still fine because it was on a hot plate Million Dollar Cobb: Was actually fine. Only good thing from this experience. A LOT OF FOOD... but I don't know if I'm willing to eat the left overs...

Although the food is good. It's to expensive. ..and they don't have ant atmosphere anymore..
