They are professional and kind; their prices are very fair. I would recommend them to anyone who wants a professional who will do the job right without trying to bleed your wallet dry.

tl;dr
They charged under $800 for a job that another local company was going to charge $2K+. They even knew what company I was referring to by the price alone! They understand fair pricing for services rendered, and they even have specials at various times (like a free pipe-scoping). The entire experience with them was pleasant and I never felt like they couldn't do the job right or that I was being overcharged. Highly recommended!

Best plumbing company in southern Illinois.  They show up quickly and their quotes are reasonable unlike many of the other plumbing companies in the area. If you need work done call Thad Ellet Plumbing

At first I thought they were a tad pricey, so there was an initial sticker shock, but after seeing everything they went through, it was worth every penny. The guys were friendly, professional and did a great job. He explained everything, showed me everything they did and why they did it, and was very honest and awesome. Will be calling this place again if I need any more plumbing work done.

We have used Thad Ellet Plumbing for all plumbing/water issues for 3 years. My parents and grandmother all use Thad Ellet Plumbing as well. We have never had a complaint. Their customer service over the phone and in person is phenomenal. They are quick to show up after you make the call and they do very thorough, honest work. I would recommend Thad Ellet Plumbing to anyone.

Showed up on time and did the job quickly and easily.  What else do you want in a plumber?  The guy was very courteous, down to wearing shoe covers to protect our carpet (unasked for, but a nice touch).  Was great with our dogs, too.  Great service and would gladly recommend them to anyone in the area.
