Mixed review here.  The relative higher price means more reliable service and response, which I do see with their admin side.  On their tech side, out of 5 techs I've had in my house over 2.5 years, I'd say two of them were awesome, and three of them were not good.  I also have to be prepared to try and be sold something each visit.  That said, under service warranty or without warranty, they can get out fast.  Do your research and try to leave as much about your equipment as possible, most of it has guides and troubleshooting available.

They work very hard to get projects done.  Sometimes they aren't coordinated very well, but that's because they have so much going on normally.  They do all of our heating and plumbing work.  Never had a problem with any of the work they've done.  Last plumbing inspection, we found a wastewater leak that had it gone unfixed would have eventually found the guest toilet on the  first floor down in the basement.  They always call before they come out, but I have found the dispatchers don't have direct communication with their workers in the field.  One day I was called and informed "here he comes" and "he" didn't show up until 1 p.m.  Turns out it was a different "he" because the "real he" had called in sick the night before and  the dispatchers weren't told.  The work was still done on  time though.  But, the dispatchers don't have any way of knowing where their peeps really are.  Seems with GPS, that would  be easy to fix.

A few months ago we had them come out to look at a huge backup. They identified the problem as a broken sewer pipe. The old clay pipes were replaced and the job was done right, and quick. On a separate call they came and helped me my nest was reading my furnace wrong. (old owners had a heat pump furnace, the heat pump was removed when they replaced the outside unit) only charged $40 bucks for the fix

Well there isn't an option for no stars. This company is a huge rip off. They are no where near competitive on their prices for plumbing. Their service technician quoted me almost $1300 to have a single Line cleaned with a camera or $1200 without camera. You would be better off calling someone else. Roto Rooter did the same job for $154. I will know who to call in the future. Friendly technician though.
