I've never had a waitress argue with me on how I needed a dish prepared for my consumption!
I'm a vegan and ordered papya salad without fish sauce. I said use lemon or lime juice, but that's how I wish it made.  She argued that it wouldn't be papya salad. She did not want to do it even with my assurance that it was the way I wanted it. She finally relented and said if I didn't like it, I'd still have to pay for it. 
I'm old school where the customer is right!  I thought that as long as they give me what I ordered, that's it!
Needless to say, it affected how little I enjoyed the rest of my meal. My family also shared their meal was bland also. Ordered iced tea and received unsweetened tea without any sweetener. I normally tip 30% when I get good service. I tipped only 10%. Not coming back.
NOTE: I've eaten at many Thai restaurants and made the same request, but never had any resistance or argument to get something I requested.

Pretty good food; I got the Seafood Pad Se Ew + it was lovely. Only problem was that there was a lot of fruit flies and my food was warm, but not very hot.

I went to go to the restaurant this evening and they are  closed.  Any one have any idea what happened?  I really liked this place.

I used to like this place but the last several times I tried to call I've gotten no answer.

Thai Mama was the first place I ever tried Thai food. I'm happy to say that it was a great experience! I've been here multiple times since my first visit and they've been awesome every time. My favorite dish here is the Chicken Him Ma Pan! I would definitely recommend you give them a try! My only complaint is that they are a little pricey.
