Ordered the chicken and beef satay, great flavour and the peanut sauce was delicious. I always get a cucumber salad too, very crisp and kind of sweet to complement the satay. We shared a chicken pad Thai, medium spicy. I'm not a wimp to spicy food but that pad Thai made me sweat a little bit. So good tho!

Ordered entree was excellent but still hot out of oven so ordered stuffed mushrooms wasnt informed stuffed mushrooms were entirely fried or i would have order something else. I feel server is ignoring me which as a restaurant gm is unacceptable then you try speaking to someone after 13 minutes they go in the back and speak a different language, usually about that customer If the owners/employees/family members want to do that than so be it, but IT IS NOT ACCEPTABLE TO SOME OF US. The food is fabulous but the attitude and other is un acceptable.

We were extremely disappointed in this restaurant let me explain why. The people that run the restaurant seem very nice the restaurant in the seating area is clean and it appears like they care about their business. Unfortunately the Thai tea was the most flavorful part of the meal. We ordered several appetizers and entrees with the intention of having leftovers for the next couple of days. We ordered fresh spring rolls, tom yum, rice balls, larb gai, Pad Thai, lard na, and stir-fried rice with garlic and black pepper. To sum this meal up I would have to say a complete and utter lack of Thai Flavor. As I said earlier the Thai tea was good, but I actually sent back the tom yum soup, something I have never done in a Thai restaurant. I do want to say that I do not feel in any way like I will get sick from the food so it is not bad food, it is just not flavorful and tasty Thai food. We don't go to Thai restaurants to have bland food without seasoning. All the sauces were extremely thin and lacked a depth of flavor. I have eaten at Thai restaurants all over the world and my best estimation as to why there is such a lack of flavor is two things. This restaurant is in an area where a lot of people from the Midwest vacation and a lot of older people at that. I think it is possible that they have toned down the spices in their food to appeal to that bland Midwest pallet. Before you start freaking out about me stereotyping midwesterners, I lived in the Midwest for several years and I married a girl from the Midwest and I do not care if you do not agree with me. I may not be talking about the millennial midwesterners, but I think we can all agree that previous generation midwesterners are not spice mavens. The other reason is for the lack of flavor is that there is not a Thai Cook at the restaurant. Now this doesn't usually matter unless the cook has not been taught Thai cooking techniques. It's pretty easy to tell if a person knows what they're doing in at Thai kitchen by the depth of flavor and the taste of the wok. There was no depth of flavor, there was no taste of flame, there was no zip in the Tom Yum, the spices were muted there were none of the flavors in this food that I go to a Thai restaurant for except, sadly the Thai tea. I felt like everything was cooked at too low of a temperature. I will say though the crispy tofu was very well done. If you will take a close look at the pictures I've included in this review I am pretty sure that you will see how thin the sauces are. I believe that I've given this restaurant a fair review and I would never go to it again unless they changed cooks.

The only reason I gave it three stars was because the server was very pleasant and prompt. The food, however, was terrible.
