What a fun place with great food. My question to server, Melissa, was...who is the restaraunt named after? Real person? It wasn't 5 minutes later that Ruthie came to the table to introduce herself. I felt we were old friends upon leaving! Would definitely recommend this place for breakfast/lunch. Super clean and super happy place with great pecan pancakes, yummy biscuits, and great service. See you guys next January...with my Ruthie shirt on😉

We came here for the first time today. The food took a while, and was far from fresh and my husband's meal came with a piece of bread that had mold on it. My husband paid the bill and waited to tell the employee about the moldy bread until he had paid the bill and included tips in order to make sure the person processing the bill does not think that we are complaining to get a discount. The employee apologized to my husband and turned around and mentioned to her manager?? Who in turn had nothing better to say than: "oh, okay." Would not recommend this place.

It's a small down to earth diner set in a great location of New Smyrna Beach. Sure the mugs don't match, the decor is a little dated, and your food comes on all stylings of plates but that's what makes it so comforting. It lives up to its name of being Kozy and most of all its welcoming and feels like your at your Grandmother's house for a Sunday meal. The staff are very friendly and genuinely welcoming to all walks of life. The prices are excellent and oh my... the food is outstanding for such an underrated establishment. Truly my favorite place to dine with family.

We've been there before. Food is good and reasonably priced but this time we waited in line with one other couple for 15 minutes. Several empty tables. At least half a dozen waitresses walked by multiple times and not one of them said as much as hi or we will be with you shortly. Nothing. So we walked out.

Nice place. A lot bigger than I thought it was going to be. Staff was friendly. Glad they were open Thanksgiving day. Food was good and reasonably priced.
