The staff are great, courteous, pleasant and very accomodating. The environment is very warm, friendly and inviting. Wonderful views of the Thames river. Couple of excellent restaurants within walking distance. The rooms are clean and comfortable. May need to bring some kitchen items/utensils from home. Wayne, Hotel Manager and helper with ALL, is fantastic and always willing to assist and always with a smile. Great guy. Would recommend you give it a try.

The Hotel is right in the water with a gorgeous view of New London when you open your front door. Large clean rooms with a ton of space. The concierge was amazingly helpful and kind! Right next door to Paul's Pasta Shop, the best pasta in Groton. Would definitely recommend and stay again!

I am actually at the marina part. We brought our boat over to see the New London fireworks. They couldn't have been friendlier or more welcoming to us!

Stayed 2 nights on 09/09/16. Cute little rooms for the price, especially for a weekend on short notice. Sits right on the water so the view is beautiful. Everything was nice and clean. Owner isn't always around but if you call he'll take care of you, really pleasant guy. Looking forward to staying again.

The room was very clean and the on-site caretaker was extremely professional. The Motel has a excellent.view of The Thames River and New London, also it is close to all local sites and activities.
