Pretty good place. Generally have sale on. We bought a recliner couch and love seat pretty decent price and enjoy the customer service.

We purchased a couch, love seat, and ottoman set back in February. The experience was pleasant. Prices verses apparent quality was good. Delivery and service was good, no complaints and was happy with my purchase during the "owners retirement" sale. Move the clock ahead 6 months. My wife is walking behind the couch and a sharp object snags her leg. Some staples have tore a hole in the leather and with a little investigation we can tell part of the frame has given away. After a couple of weeks of back and forth calls, emails and photos, the owner sent out someone to see if he can fix it. A pleasant and courteous individual states that he could probably repair the frame, but there is nothing he could do about the hole in the leather and I should pursue replacement... Thank you for you honesty. After several more attempts to contact the owner by phone I stop into the shop. The owner is walking out of the back as I approach the desk and I get the opportunity to talk to him. He tells me he is working it but the vendor D.B.A Jackson Mfr./Catnapper who isnot returning his calls because they no longer do business together. He gives me the card of the salesman and assures me that he will be extremely responsive to a user of their product. He was wrong. 0 response to 2 emails and 2 phone messages. I visit their website to see what my other options are; bright and bold "all warranty claims must be handled thru the retailer". A little research on the owner(s) of That Furniture Outlet which leads me to a couple of finds. First, the BBB shows that they had to send a cease and desist on the "owners retirement" sale because it was a misrepresentation of what was truly happening. Second, it has also been reported that the company is somewhere within bankruptcy process. At this point, I have to use different phone numbers to get them to answer the phone and then I don't get any call backs ( the owner is always out when I call or stop in to converse on as solution).

Sometimes things in life aren’t perfect. I’ve had really good service and some not so good service with communication but in the end, they fix things and make them right and for that they are a good business with good people!

Prices are fair, customer service was ok the quality of the furniture not so good. A leg on my coffee table broke, a leg on my sectional broke, as well as my mirror that goes to my dresser, and a twin size bed frame that I purchased.

IT IS CLOSED NOW AND THERE IS NO SIGN OF WHERE THEY MOVED TO. Speechless.
