I received my new chair. Much better than I expected. Quality and build are awesome. I really liked my old chair and didn't think I could get another as good as my old one, but this one is much better than the one I had. Thanks for the fast shipping and a great product.

IT HAS BEEN A LONG TIME SINCE I HAVE HAD THE PLEASURE OF ORDERING FROM A COMPANY THAT TRULY KNOWS THE VALUE OF GOOD CUSTOMER RELATIONS. THE ORDERING PROCESS WAS SMOOTH AND WE RECEIVED OUR CHAIR QUICKLY. IN OUR CASE THE CHAIR ARRIVED WITH MINOR DAMAGE AND THIS COMPANY (HEATHER IN PARTICULAR) WENT ABOVE AND BEYOND TO CORRECT THE PROBLEM IMMEDIATELY TO OUR SATISFACTION. THE CHAIR WAS EXACTLY AS DESCRIBED ON THEIR WEBSITE AND THE OWNER OF OUR COMPANY, WHO HAS BACK PROBLEMS, ABSOLUTELY LOVES IT. WE WILL MOST DEFINITELY RETURN TO PURCHASE MORE OFFICE FURNITURE FROM THIS REPUTABLE AND CUSTOMER ORIENTED COMPANY. GOOD FOR YOU GUYS. YOU ARE ONE OF THE FEW THAT ACTUALLY TREATS THE CUSTOMER RIGHT.

After working with other Office Furniture organizations that seemed to not care much about their customer, it was refreshing to work with a company so customer service driven. Heather was awesome to work with, and even though there was a mistake during the ordering process that was completely my fault, she was willing to work with me to correct it. Will definitely be referring you to other organizations, and will be using you again. Thank you!

We are very pleased with our purchase of 7 chairs. A few came delivered with some broken pieces but Heather was a pleasure to work with and new parts were here 4 days later. Chairs are comfortable, durable and everything we expected. Can't beat the prices either! We will purchase from Modern Office again.
