Was a peaceful place to gather!!! We were a group of about 50 people and had to get a permit for that many people!!! We were checked on by local police a number of times, made you feel a sense of security!!! Would DEFINITELY have a business picinic here again!!! Or just have my wife and kids here for a nice afternoon picnic!!! Was on the edge of the woods saw 7 or 8 Deer with their young was like we stepped out of the city !!!!! We were secluded awAy from the Hussel& Bussel Of city life!!!

Beautiful area in the Cook County Forest Preserves.  Pond, wildlife, great photo location. Near Trailside zmuseum

Grey place to hike with children and dogs.  We saw deer and other animals up close. Very relaxing.
