Car got broken into. Called parking garage office, lady was absolutely rude and said they have no cameras, couldn't do anything for my money and laptop that were stolen out of my car. Never again.

Had no problems getting in or leaving, but there was a homeless man sleeping in the ticket paying room. He was just sleeping, but this might be a safety concern. For reference though, I was leaving around 11:30 pm

First time ever to visit Cleveland.  RRHOF and more.  Paid $20 to get in.  Stayed 3 nights in local hotel. Bad timing for us to leave before a special event day. Who knew...They charged us daily plus  $50 to LEAVE at 7 am on morning of the event later in the day. ROBBERY!

Spent an hour and a half in line trying to get out after a game. An attendant was validating tickets which slowed the whole thing down to a crawl. Why validate tickets after paying to get in? Makes no sense at all. The attendant screamed at another driver for questioning the process. It was a complete fail.
