Honestly it was a surprise for me to experience the staff professionalism. They are super polite, patient and smiling at all times.

Going there early is very important before it gets crowded. 

Bathrooms are super clean. They have a gift shop as well. You can buy new gloves for $13 or use a free used ones outside of the registration office.

No worries at all about safety because it's highly secured and safe. I think wearing a long sleeve shirt or t-shirt is good if it's first time because of the wires. 

They give you 3 hours which is long enough to try two levels or more if you are a bit faster 

If it's your first time there. Don't go extreme from the first try. They have different levels, easy to hardest, from yellow to green to blue to diamond black to commandos black. I started from Blue as I told myself that I am not a kid to start from the yellow level to turn later on finding kids are faster than me 😊🙄

The black level requires a monkey 🐒 but achievable if you are a very well fit and able to keep high balance.

It's a wonderful way to encourage and push yourself at the gym.

It was an awesome experience as a first time try and definitely am going back for the black level after I get ready for it physically.

Great place really! They really prioritize safety and they have so many levels beginner to expert. The staff is 5 star. They are so kind and helpful. It is a little busy so it is good to have a reservation, but you don't need to. I had a reservation at 5:15 and I got there at 3, but they let me zip line, so they are flexible if they have space. REALLY loved it. Will come back.

This place has various balancing rope courses of multiple difficulty levels. Nearly all of them are about 10-15 feet going from one tree to another while balancing on differently designed wooden footholds.

I liked the idea but some people were holding up the line so long and I wished they regulated more to keep novice people out of difficult courses so they don't get stuck.

Some were really difficult and by the time we were done with the easier stuff, we were too tired to try the difficult ones, some of which require a lot of strength.

Great outdoor spot where you can climb obstacle courses and zip line through the trees. There are different skill levels so you can play it safe or challenge yourself. Staff members are friendly and helpful. You can bring outside food and drink for the picnic area. You can also have people who don't want to climb watch you at no additional charge. There's a firepit during cold weather and lights at night.p
