We've only been here a month, but so far we really like it. There are things that need to be improved inside the unit, but we're opting to do it ourselves since my husband works in the trades. Management doesn't communicate with each other and they're hard to get a hold of, but we are very hands-off tenants and won't need them much anyhow. We're in the townhouse side, which is very family-friendly and well maintained. They do need to install more doggy dropping stations on our side, but the landscaping and trash clean up is satisfactory. My only complaint so far is that the walls are very thin and my bedroom wall is on the opposite side of a neighbor's kitchen, so I can hear all their cupboards slamming shut regularly. They also have a special needs son who runs and jumps and slams things and it's like having an upstairs neighbor without them actually being upstairs (it's split-level, so we're upstairs and downstairs). The appliances are outdated, but working. The garage is small, but convenient. I definitely agree there isn't enough parking, but we just move our car to the street so our guests can park close. We moved from a tiny 2/1 in El Cajon, so this is a major upgrade for us. Overall, we're happy with it so far.

I live in one of their 2 bedroom 2 bath units and these apartments are huge! Plus they have a front and back balcony with a big storage closet and washer and dryer hookups. You wont find anything this big for the price in San Diego. They are super responsive to requests. I think a lot of the negativity is from units who dont follow the rules (all normal and standard). The staff here are very friendly and professional. Would highly recommend to anyone looking for an affordable family friendly place to live.

Crappy apartments, management that can't even muster the courtesy to act like they care, will tow without warning with both the tow company and the police frequently ticketing and towing. Kitchen sucks. Bathrooms mediocre. Basically zero parking. 
High rent for such low quality. Look elsewhere if you can. Avoid at all cost.

Hugh Rat problem. Screaming Children left unchecked.  Predatory Towing Company Towing residents while they unpack their car and unresponsive management.   This is an awful community!

Lived here for about a year and a half. My rent has gone up from 1600 to 1820 with no garage. Poor quality in and out. Outdated interiors for this price (kitchen and bathrooms are very old) Some things in the kitchen dont make sense, you cannot open the dishwasher all the way because of the ovens placement. Gets to be annoying when trying to do dishes. There area is by a school and daycare so loud kids can be heard all day. Also they do not seem to enforce the "pick up after your dog" or leash laws. I've called and complained about dogs off leash multiply times! I still see the same dogs off leash constantly, leads me to believe they didnt issue any type of warning. New management is always trying to enter our home for numerous unnecessary reasons. Lack of privacy in these apartments is ridiculous. within the last year they've entered my home close to ten times. the latest being too remove any bbqs .. i dont own bbq, yet are conducting inspections, (their words). I have two balconies that seem unsafe, the railings are failing off around the complex. we cannot enjoy our balconies because they do not allow anything to be put up for shade/privacy. I would strongly recommend anywhere else. can get more bang for your buck some place else
