So disappointing. My husband went in for a shave and hair cut (paid top dollar for it) and came out with a hack job. His bead is not even or level is any sense of the word anywhere oh his face. For a place called The Art of Shaving we expected better attention to detail. Never going back here

Mr. Charles is the man!! If anyone is wanting a high quality haircut/ beard trim from someone who "actually"cares about what they're doing. Then this is the right place to be. I will definitely continue to go here.

Horrible asked for a beard trim without taking away from the length of the beard. Rookie barber trimmed the bottom. Chop up work I want my money back

I've been a fan of the art of shaving for years but the customer service at this location is horrible. I brought in a $200 razor that stopped working after a year (power razor). The manager didn't know what to do but took my information and assured me she would contact me within a day or two. Three weeks later I stopped back and left my information for the manager again, an employee remembered me and assured me she would have the manager call me. Two weeks later & a third trip resulted in the employee (seemingly annoyed that the manager had decided to ignore both of our requests) finally giving me a replacement.
